At The Parfums, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If your fragrance isn't the perfect match, you can return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original, unopened cellophane-wrapped box and place it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our scent experts verify the product's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
